I've been looking into online earning. It all seems very overwhelming, I know I can do the classes and I know you have to be careful about which ones you use but what I don't know is how to find one that is reputable without paying $70k! __________________ Jenkay |

Reply with quote | #3 | Jenkay , here the OP is interested to know about online learning not earning.
Well roger, there is nothing like that. You do have good job prospects with online degrees. Its just like that you should enroll in an online university which is approved by US Department of Education. __________________ Joe Smith |

Reply with quote | #6 | Accredited Online Colleges & Universities" ACCREDITATION IN THE U.S. Understanding College Accredited Terms The United States has no Federal Ministry of Education or other centralized authority exercising single national control over postsecondary educational institutions in this country. The States assume varying degrees of control over education, but, in general, institutions of higher education are permitted to operate with considerable independence and autonomy. As a consequence, American educational institutions can vary widely in the character and quality of their programs. In order to insure a basic level of quality, the practice of accreditation arose in the United States as a means of conducting non-governmental, peer evaluation of educational institutions and programs. Private educational associations of regional or national scope have adopted criteria reflecting the qualities of a sound educational program and have developed procedures for evaluating institutions or programs to determine whether or not they are operating at basic levels of quality. read more:

Reply with quote | #7 | With this, the point of accreditation is somewhat clear to me. Can you plz tell whether the registrations remain open all the time or get closed for the time being? __________________ Tony Parker |

Reply with quote | #8 | The best thing to do Roger is request information directly from the college and an adviser can answer the question for you. It free information and they will contact you either by phone or email directly.
They may send you an email to download a program catalog to find everything you need to make an informed decision. Or contact phone numbers one of their knowledgeable and helpful enrollment advisors
This way you will have a direct contact at the schools to ask questions.
Start at the below link and scan for the degree and type of degree you are wanting information about:

Need tons more info from colleges online and campus Click Here
It no obligation to begin with and the more information you can pool from the colleges the better. CNN just reported today that the President is going to fund more millions of dollars into colleges. "Instead of lining the pockets of special interests, it's time this money went toward the interest of higher education in America," he said.
A college paper stating your degree will certainly show an employer how eager you are to improve your career,

Reply with quote | #13 | A really good online university I'm going to is called Herzing University. If anyone wants to know more about them, please email me with your email address and I can get you more information about them. My email is ivoryisis@gmail.com and my name is Tania. I am looking for referrals so that's why I ask to do it that way, if I can get a referral that enrolls, I get into their Booster Club and I can get a scholarship. They are accredited, and a great university. I've been going to them for a few months now for Graphic Design, and I honestly think they are better than previous universities I've attended, where there were issues with parking, large classes, not being able to get into classes, etc. (I went to the University of Missouri) |
